There was a time when we thought there was no finer car to be had than a Ralliart Lancer Evo. This time was 1996, and even more specifically, it was at 7:48PM inside a Club SEGA arcade in Akihabara. In between games of SEGA Rally, hundreds (hundreds!) of yen was thrown away on a crane game trying to win a scale model.
